The OpenSearch cluster remains stable following recent mitigation efforts, but import functionality is still limited for EU bots created before October 9, 2025. Retrieval operations continue to run without issues, and imports are working for US bots and newly created EU bots. The incident remains in monitoring while the team works to gradually restore full import functionality, including ongoing shard rebalancing and index migrations. Customers impacted by the import restrictions are advised to either create new bots or use the US dashboard as a temporary workaround.
